Helene Grant Daly Art Center
Originally the carriage house to the Charles Tilton Mansion, built by Tilton in 1861 and purchased by Tilton School in 1862, the Helene Grant Daly Art Center is home to the School’s Arts Department. The facility, which was renovated in 1980, includes four dedicated studios for students to practice their respective crafts. There are areas for studio arts, clay and ceramics with six potter’s wheels and two kilns, graphic design with eight student work stations, and a fully-functioning black and white photo lab.
Hamilton Hall
Hamilton Hall houses Tilton School’s theatre department. Built in 1907, Hamilton Hall was originally the school gymnasium and was renovated to be retrofitted with theater lighting, seating and stage area. The building was renamed to Hamilton Hall in honor of former trustee, James Hamilton, and contains Rome Theater, a 250-seat venue devoted to performing arts and music departments.
