Alumni
Continuing Connections
The Tilton School Alumni Office is focused on keeping you, the alumni of Tilton School, in touch with each other and with Tilton School long after your last visit to the Hill. We organize events on campus and around the country including Powder Keg (fall), Winter Classic (winter) and Alumni Weekend (spring), along with casual networking events. Together with the Class Ambassador Program, we conduct outreach to Tilton School graduates to ensure you have the information necessary to stay connected with the school.
Connect with Tilton
Tilton School is always on the lookout for volunteers eager to host an event, engage their classmates, be a class ambassador, or simply dig out the vintage black and gold and show up on the sidelines or in the audience to support the Rams. Whether you return to the Hill every year or are an alumnus/na looking to become re-engaged with Tilton, there are a number of volunteer opportunities available for you. Learn more about specific opportunities below, or contact the Alumni Office for more information.

Class Ambassador Program
The primary role of Class Ambassadors is to strengthen the connections among classmates and alumni through the Tilton global community. Class Ambassadors serve as a primary form of communication between Tilton School and its alumni by sharing new and exciting initiatives from the school; maintain continued engagement with peers through social media and other forms of communication; continue the Tilton legacy of giving by encouraging classmates to support the Tilton Fund; and are leaders within the Tilton School community.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Send emails to classmates to collect Class Notes for 1845, The Magazine of Tilton School
- Send information to classmates about school-wide events, including Powder Keg, Winter Classic, Alumni Weekend, reunions, regional or local alumni events
- Assist in updating demographic information for members of your class and/or assist the Alumni Office in its efforts to find ‘lost’ classmates
- Encourage alumni involvement in the school, including admissions, by potentially recommending a prospective student or speaking with a prospective family member in your area
- Make an annual contribution to the Tilton Fund, ensuring 100% of our ambassadors participate
Alumni Association
The mission of the Alumni Association is to assist Tilton School with building a strong alumni community through a combination of volunteerism, effective communication, education, fundraising and special events.
