Christine Louis joined Tilton School in April 2014 as the Director of Development. She brings a wealth of New England independent school experience to us, including working at Holderness as both the Director of Development & Alumni Relations and the Annual Fund Director. While there, she created and managed the cultivation, solicitation, volunteer and stewardship strategies to meet a 25-million dollar capital campaign goal. Christine also helped to direct a Development team which saw annual giving figures nearly double. During her more than 20 years in the development field, she has also worked at Brookwood School, Berwick Academy and for School Year Abroad. Louis joins Tilton from her most recent position as Director of Development at the Currier Museum of Art in Manchester, N.H. Christine’s daughter, Sarah, is class of 2019.
Ken, who came to Tilton School in 1979, is the faculty member with the longest tenure. He assumed the position of Special Assistant for External Relations in July 2014 after more than 20 years as Tilton's Athletic Director and English teacher. In addition to his work in these roles, Ken is the head coach of the football and baseball teams. He has led the football team to undefeated seasons in 1982, 1992, 2000, 2001 and 2007, the final of which also included a New England Championship. The baseball team won league championships in 2002, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2012, 2014 and 2015. Ken has been president of the Lakes Region Athletic Directors since 1994. He lives off campus with his wife, Sandra, and is the parent of Scott '06 and Eric '09.
Jane McNulty joined Tilton School’s Development Office as the Director of Annual Giving in August 2013. Jane comes from the development team at nearby Holderness School, where she most recently served as the Assistant Director of Advancement and External Relations. Her career at Holderness spans 11-plus years, providing her a strong background in donor identification, cultivation, stewardship and solicitation. Jane also has extensive experience in event coordination and working with class agents and volunteers. A graduate of Suffolk University, she resides in nearby Plymouth, N.H. with her husband and is the mother of two grown children.
Rachel Saliba joined Tilton School in July of 2012 as the Director of School Stewardship working closely with the Admissions and Alumni/Development Offices. Prior to Tilton, Rachel worked as the Archives Manager at Berwick Academy while also working as an Associate for Xperience, a customer service training company for hospitals throughout New England. After graduating from William Smith College, she worked for U.S. Congresswoman Claudine Schneider before becoming a maternal and child health volunteer for the US Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic. Since then she has worked for various organizations including the American Cancer Society, Harvard School of Public Health, the Appalachian Mountain Club, Holderness School, and Sage Hill School. Rachel lives on campus with her husband Peter, Tilton’s Head of School, and their three children.
Deanna Duplak will joined Tilton School in 2013 from the D'Youville Life & Wellness Community in Lowell, Mass. where she was the Advancement Operations Assistant. In this role she supported the Director of Advancement, Annual Fund Manager, Campaign Consultants and President in all fundraising efforts. From 2008-2012 Deanna worked at Lawrence Academy as the Development Data Manager, responsible for the oversight of the school's development database and providing operational and administrative support to the Development team for all fundraising efforts and special events. She holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College.
Mary Jo has been the backbone of Development Office at Tilton for 20 years. With experience in banking and data management, Mary Jo is responsible for gift entry, managing stock donations, and reporting as well as assisting with planned giving and events. Mary Jo keeps busy with her four daughters, Narci, Katie '03, Abby '06, and Raven and two grandchildren, Connor and Taylor.
Tracy joined Tilton School in the summer of 2016 to serve as the school’s Donor Relations Manager. A veteran advancement professional, White most recently served as the Director of Advancement at Waterville Valley BBTS. Much of her career, however, has been spent working in independent schools including time at Palm Valley School in California, and neighboring New Hampton School (Major Gifts Officer) and Holderness School (Director of Alumni Relations). A graduate of St. Lawrence University, Tracy is an avid and former Division I ski racer.
Alexandra (Alex) Sedgley joined Tilton School in March 2017 as the Alumni and Parent Relations Manager. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Purdue University, concentrating in Advertising and Rhetorical Advocacy and minoring in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. Before joining Tilton she has worked in marketing for Ecco USA, in Londonderry, NH and athenahealth, Inc., in Watertown, MA. Alexandra and her husband, Robert, live on campus.
